Judy explained, “It wasn’t until I had been in the financial services business for 30 years that I discovered this strategy – building wealth with cash accumulation life insurance! Most people are familiar with the “Investment” side of retirement planning, which is what most people do with their money. However, the “Insurance” or “Safe Money” side  includes multiple benefits not found on the Investment side of the industry. There is also a “New Kid on the Block” in the insurance industry! Gina explained: “There is no one answer to this question since everyone’s situation is different. However, some general things to remember might help you decide if an active adult community is right for you. For example, an active adult community could be a great option if you are retired or nearing retirement age. These communities are designed for people 55 and older, offering a variety of amenities and activities that can appeal to this age group. An active adult community could be a good fit if you want a maintenance-free lifestyle and social opportunities.

Another thing to consider is your health. If you’re in good health and can live independently, an active adult community could be a great option. However, an active adult community might not be the best choice if you have health issues requiring regular care or assistance. Lastly, consider your personal preferences. Do you want to live in a quiet community with few people, or do you prefer a more lively and social community? There’s no right or wrong answer, but thinking about what you want in a community will help you narrow down your options.

If you’re considering an active adult community, assess your situation and what you’re looking for in a community. An active adult community could be an excellent option for many people, but it’s essential to ensure it’s the right fit for you.”
