Published

on

BEVERLY, MASS. – The Journey Beyond the Veil podcast welcomed certified SourcedTM Leader and Retreat Master Gayle Nowak as the featured guest on June 3, 2021 titled Heal Your Invisibility & Lead From Your Whole Heart.

Show guests explore awakening, ascension and the mysteries that lie beyond the veil providing listeners with wisdom and experiential processes so they can expand their consciousness, raise their vibrational frequency and create outcomes from their multidimensional being-ness that will give them an edge in their business and life.

Nowak shared her own experiences connecting with the higher realms, how that has impacted her business and life, and how she helps her clients free themselves from fear and false beliefs so that they can stay visible and grow their business.

“I’ve worked with numerous clients who feel uncomfortable promoting their business and the root of that is often a core wound of feeling unworthy or unlovable,” Nowak said. “I help my clients either privately or in intimate retreats to reveal and breakthrough whatever that core wound is that’s keeping them holding back. Then we move into a visibility plan that aligns with their soul.”

Nowak, Meisels and Burgher also discussed how storytelling in business is a healing, transformational process that can raise the vibrational frequency of the person sharing the story, as well as those listening to it.

“When you feel guided to share something, it’s meant for you to do that to help people. Your story will have a positive impact on others,” Burgher said.

Hosts Meisels and Burgher are founders of Manifest Magic and Miracles, LLC, creators of the Manifesting PODS™. The women support soulful female entrepreneurs and lightworkers to the higher frequencies of success, prosperity and freedom so they can manifest their soul-designed desires.

During the interview, Rick discusses building an IP Portfolio, types of Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets), and Flat Fee Pricing v. Hourly Billing for IP services. Rick discusses his approach to helping his clients understand what IP protection is appropriate and best for them and how to protect intellectual property (inventions, brands, designs, creative works)

Listen to the interview on the Business Innovators Radio Network

Aric M. Pryor, President, Quarion Technology, Inc., commented about Martin IP Law Group, “I started developing electronic technology products in 2006, and I used a large IP firm from a large city with a large bill rate. I used them for over three years and never actually met anyone face-to-face. When I switched to Rick Martin approximately seven years ago, I was instantly impressed. Rick immediately engaged and understood our technology and the areas of risk associated with our intellectual property. I am particularly impressed with Rick’s ability to understand technical concepts – he thinks like an engineer because he is one. I am also impressed with his knack for helping the average inventor or ‘techie’ understand the patent process as well as helping to manage the entire process. I have never had to worry about incomplete filings or missing a filing date, which allows me to focus on what I am good at doing. I would highly recommend Rick Martin for any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property legal needs.”

About Rick Martin

He is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Industrial Engineering and the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

For over 25 years, he has been helping entrepreneurs and businesses protect their ideas, inventions, and identities through patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related contracts, licenses, and agreements.

Police Law and Litigation Attorney Muna Busailah Examines The Realities of Defending Those Who Protect Others on Influencers Radio

Published

on

Public safety service men and women, first responders, police, fire fighters, paramedics and dispatchers have some of the toughest jobs… protecting the public. They are required to make split-second decisions that can have a lasting impact on not just the community they are committed to protect, but the lives of the people who are directly involved in sometimes, very volatile situations, as well as their own families and careers.  While the results of those decisions can cast them as heroes, there are times they find themselves vilified, especially in the court of public opinion.

On a recent episode of Influencers Radio with Jack Mize, attorney Muna Busailah, Managing Partner of the Stone Busailah law firm in Pasadena, California, discussed the special challenges, including the impact of media coverage, faced by Public Safety personnel when they find themselves involved in civil, criminal, and administrative matters.

During the interview, Busailah explained the unique advantage the Stone Busailah team of skilled lawyers provide as advocates for public safety employees in administrative disciplinary hearings, grievance arbitrations, and unfair practice charges, saying, “…the attorneys in our firm have either retired from the ranks of Sergeant up to Chief of Police that are members of our firm, including fire personnel that retired as Fire Chiefs. So with that perspective, they’re able to assist the lawyers who have not had that law enforcement experience, but more importantly, to connect and relate immediately to the client. Because they’ve been there. They’ve been involved in uses of force, they’ve been involved in shootings, they’ve been involved in investigations. They’ve had allegations brought against them, or they’ve been sued and ended up as defendants in court. They understand the ramifications of how allegations and investigations can flow and damage their careers. And I think it helps give the client more confidence and assurance that they’re going to be taken care of, because they’re being represented by people who understand what they’re going through, and are focused on making sure that the end result is to protect their careers. So they have a future to continue, or keep them out of criminal prosecutions”.

The interview concluded with Busailah saying, “We are truly proud to be able to represent the brave men and women who have joined this noble profession, and daily put their lives in danger for those of perfect strangers.”

As a police law and litigation specialist since 1993, Muna Busailah and the Stone Busailah law firm is on a mission to defend those who protect others by providing clients the best legal representation possible with integrity, skill and compassion.
