When we are forming your non-profit Corp., we will add language (i.e. articles) to your articles of incorporation which we guarantee the IRS will accept when you submit Form 1023 Application for Recognition of Exemption under 501C3 (after the corporate filing). 501C3 of the IRC requires some specific language in your articles which describe for instance how assets will be distributed upon dissolution and purpose of corporation. If not included, the IRS will require that you amend your corporation’s articles to include such language.
If you do not need to submit Form 1023 to the IRS after your corporation is filed, then you do not need this service and 501C3 language is not needed.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide the service of submitting form 1023 to the IRS. Our focus is in the filing of your non-profit corporation with the state.
