Reinvention and Resilience Expert, Adam Markel, Featured in Navigating the Clickety-Clack: How to Live a Peace-Filled Life in a Seemingly Toxic World – Volume 2.

Published

The one thing that has united the world collectively since the spring of 2020 is that billions globally have felt the void of what it is like to live a normal life. And while the sense of fear and uncertainty is still present well into 2021, the feeling of living in a seemingly toxic world has somehow created a bond between those who are doing their best to navigate through, in search of the way back to living a peace-filled life.

Adam Markel has discovered various effective methods for living a life of joy and contentment. An entrepreneur since 15, Adam credits much of his success to principles he learned during his years as a Jones Beach lifeguard in New York. As a first responder, he learned the value of building high performance, impeccable teamwork, and leadership in what was often considered a life-or-death environment. Adam has spent his life safe-guarding others and protecting them from business disasters, including his own. After building a multi-million-dollar law firm, Adam, who is a master at pivoting successfully in life and guiding others to do the same, turned a mid-life crisis into a pursuit for his purpose and became CEO of one of the largest business and personal growth training companies in the world. After a few years in that position, Adam left and started More Love Media, Inc., a company that works with individuals and organizations to build work cultures of greater unity, resilience, and connection.

Known as a heart-centered, authentic leader, Adam’s mission is to provide clients with tools to leverage the power of resilience to build long-term success. Adam’s latest book is the bestselling PIVOT: The Art and Science of Reinventing Your Career and Life, which provides a roadmap for the 3 phases of business and life reinvention and is a step-by-step guide through daily processes, rituals, and valuable exercises that create clarity, resilience and propel individuals towards reaching their goals through newfound leadership skills. Adam’s TEDx talk, entitled, DOING THIS for 10 Seconds Can Change Your Life currently has 235,170 views.

Deciding to continue on with his mission of providing tools for guidance and clarity in a seemingly toxic world, Keith Leon S., multiple award-winning bestselling author, and owner of Beyond Belief Publishing, compiled a new collection of narratives from some of the world’s best-known authors and thought leaders. Navigating the Clickety-Clack: How to Live a Peace-Filled Life in a Seemingly Toxic World – Volume 2, features Adam Markel, who also hosts The Conscious PIVOT Podcast, highlighting wisdom for pivoting in today’s fast-paced market, Marie Diamond, well-known expert on Law of Attraction, and insightful contributing expert to the worldwide phenomenon The Secret, and Dr. Joe Vitale, best-selling author many times over including The Attractor Factor: 5 Easy Steps for Creating Wealth (or Anything Else) From the Inside Out, who received the great honor of a number-one bestseller twice and surpassing even the highly acclaimed Harry Potter.

Contributing authors, who share secrets for living life led by clarity and solace, include Phyllis Marlene Benstein, Kathy Bradley, Katherine Brooke-MacKenzie, Cindy Costley, Dario Cucci, Brian Evans, Naomi Gillespie, Deanna Hansen, Brigitte Keane, Lidia Kuleshnyk, Gwen Lepard, Jason Daveon Mitchell, Cassie Schwind, Jennifer Sprague, Linda Tan, Lisa Warner, and Leslie Warren.

Many may still wonder what exactly is the “clickety-clack?” This term was coined by Fletch Rainey, spiritual mentor to Keith Leon S., and his wife Maura. According to Rainey, the clickety clack represented occasional periods of uncertainty that individuals naturally experience throughout life. To illustrate the caption, Rainey outlined a scenario of a child riding a ten-speed bike placing emphasis on the moment where the child needs to change gears. During that moment of gear change, the bike would make a sound Rainey referred to as a clickety clack. As a child, this sound is no cause for worry, however, and the journey continues uninterrupted by not even a moment of concern.

As life in an uncertain existence continues to move forward, it is quite discernible that millions are still seeking glimpses of hope and clarity. Volume 2 of The Clickety-Clack, promises readers will receive high-level insights from experts, become empowered to overcome life’s challenges, learn to make positive changes in emotional and spiritual health, uncover new possibilities in challenging times, and become a master at locating peace and calm during times of doubt, in their own lives!

Launching April 6th, Navigating the Clickety-Clack: How to Live a Peace-Filled Life in a Seemingly Toxic World- Volume 2, will guide readers to once again thrive in a peace-filled life through greater awareness, authenticity, and action! Register today to attend the LIVE book launch party on April 6th.

Residential Real Estate Expert Rosalyne Chatman Reveals What First-Time Home Sellers Need To Know In Up or Down Markets on Influencers Radio

Published

on

The real estate market is hot right now, and there are many things to consider for anyone thinking about selling, especially first-time home sellers.

On a recent episode of Influencers Radio with Jack Mize, Residential Real Estate Expert Rosalyne Chatman discussed how she is helping first-time home sellers navigate the selling process.

Rosalyne has been a real estate agent for 23 years servicing the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia areas, where she specializes in educating and assisting first-time home sellers through the selling process, from preparing the home to sell, showings, negotiations, and getting to the closing.

During the interview, Rosalyne shared some things sellers should consider when deciding what level of improvement they need to make as they prepare their home for sale, saying, “You have to think about the current market. You have to ask yourself, ‘Do I need to over-improve to get the value, or should I sell it as is? Is it worth putting money into the house and will I get it back?’ It really does depend on the market. Let’s take, for example, this market right now… Considering supply and demand right now, it’s a seller’s market and you’re going to get more buyers than sellers. So, the buyers are willing to compromise on what they will accept, meaning sellers don’t have to invest as much money in preparation. Now in a regular market, first and foremost, you really want your home to look its best. If you can, make it look like a model home. But if you’re not able to achieve that look, then make it look its best, because a buyer is going to walk into your home and they’re gonna tear it apart. They are already thinking they don’t want to pay the list price for the house. So you want to make it shine, make it show its best, and that way they can see the value.”

Rosalyne’s passion makes it easy to understand why she has been able to help hundreds of sellers achieve their goals so they can move onto the next phase of their lives.

Listen in as Rosalyne busts common myths and misconceptions around what it takes to successfully sell a house in both hot and slower markets, as well as how to avoid the mistakes that can cost first-time home sellers time and money.

Central Florida Real Estate Agent Janine Rosario Reveals Special Considerations For Selling a Home Due to Divorce on Influencers Radio

Published

on

On a recent episode of Influencers Radio with Jack Mize, Central Florida real estate agent Janine Rosario discussed the special considerations when selling a home due to a divorce or separation.

Divorce and selling a home are considered two of the top 10 most stressful events in life. Going through both at the same time can amplify that stress exponentially.

For many couples, their home is their greatest asset, and the decision to divorce may require the house to be sold. As emotionally draining as the process may be, it’s important to understand that the decisions made can have a lasting impact on life long after the divorce is final.

Janine knows this first hand because she’s been through it herself, and it’s one of the reasons she is so passionate about helping others navigate through the process. During the interview, she shared some encouragement for other women who may be facing the same challenges, saying, “When you’re going through a separation, it’s the end of your life as you knew it and now you’re going to start a new chapter. I was in the same situation about 15 years ago. I was in New York, in a relationship. We ended up separating and I decided to move over 1,000 miles away, to Florida, to start a new life with my son. I bought a house so that I could raise him there and give him the life that I always wanted to give him and I knew that he deserved… A lot of us think as women we can’t afford this. It’s just so out of range financially to be able to afford this on my own, but it’s something that I really want to do for me and my children. I understand all those headaches and heartaches and how you can come out on the other side and achieve your dreams. It’s going to take work, it’s going to take planning, but it is totally doable. If you go about it in the right way.”

As a real estate agent serving the Orlando and Central Florida area, Janine works directly with people going through a separation or a divorce by helping them successfully navigate the home selling process so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives and find a new dream home for themselves and their family.

The episode concludes with some inspirational words from Janine, “I do want to let people know that it does get better. You will learn from this process and you will surprise yourself as to how strong you are once you go through it. Connect with someone like me or someone who specializes in this in your area to help you get through this process the best way possible.”

About Deborah Servetnick

Deborah Servetnick has been a transformational teacher all her adult life, following a path that could only be designed by divine guidance, connecting everything. Deborah grew up in Philadelphia, and her love of the Grateful Dead brought her to Berkeley in 1980, where she began her study of bodywork, Chinese medicine, breathwork, meditation, and the human energy field. Her deeply intuitive healing practice led her to work with people with AIDS and other life-threatening illness, and while engaged as an Act-Up activist in San Francisco and Philadelphia, she continued in spiritual study to hold space for the dying and their transition.

By the time she was 30 Deborah studied with Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, and Marianne Williamson; returning to psychedelic substances for expanded consciousness, and experienced her first ayahuasca ceremony, and met the Dalai Lama. But it was during a Dark Night of the Soul breast cancer experience in 2011 when she was teaching high school English that her communication with the spirit world accelerated.

Deborah was led to join a groundbreaking psychedelic research study for cancer patients with end-of-life anxiety at JHU. It reset her life. You can hear Deborah’s story in a movie from Unlimited Sciences https://unlimitedsciences.org/breast-cancer-psychedelics-and-end-of-life-anxiety-a-survivors-story/.

Today, Grateful Deb is a Certified Life Mastery Coach, a renowned public speaker, and has taught and empowered thousands to move from a conditional life to a life they love living through a transformational spiritual curriculum in alignment with a psychedelic experience, using the same tools that saved her life. Deb has worked to see Initiative 81 in DC a success. Psychedelic medicine offers relief to Veterans and others with PTSD, offers cancer patients healing, and has alleviated depression and chronic headaches.
